Information concerning PayPal payment
After your order (step 4 of the order procedure) the PayPal payment window will open and you can immediately proceed to the payment of your goods. Please note that certain articles could be not available temporarily or be out of stock at the time of your order. The disposability display in our digital shop is without engagement. The actual disposability of the article will be shown in the order confirmation. If there is a waiting time you will find a respective note at the beginning of that confirmation e-mail.

When do I receive the confirmation of the order?
After you have placed your order you receive an order acceptance. It shows you that the order request was transmitted to our system. The confirmation of your order will be executed by one of our staff members after a check of the actual disposability of all ordered items. If one article is not available temporarily but you already paid for it via PayPal, the whole amount of money is refunded to your PayPal account if you wish so. Since PayPal works in real time your money is immediately at your disposal again!

If you want to wait for the second order confirmation you have the possibility to execute the payment at a later stage. Just close the PayPal payment window after step 4 of the order procedure. When you want to pay you just have to log in to your PayPal account on the site www.paypal.com and to click the ‘Send money’ tab. Please use the email address shop@music-town.de as the payee. As reference please choose ‘miscellaneous’ and type in the order number.
 

1. Why do I have to pay forwarding charges for eBay but not in the online shop when the order value is above a certain amount? - We have to pay commission to ebay which we are forced to delegate to you as forwarding expenses.
2. What if my article is not available but I already paid cash in advance? - You get back the money paid at once.
3. What if the ordered article doesn’t please me? - You have a two-week right of revocation when ordering in our online shop. Please inform us in this case.
